Last year Huawei has launched an affordable smartphone in Indian market, the Huawei Honor Holly and company was able to sell good number of devices in India, now to take this forward company has announced another affordable smartphone, the Honor Bee to which company is calling as ‘Made For India’ device which is specially targeted for Indian users. Like Honor 4C, this device will also be exclusively available on Flipkart at the price tag of Rs. 4,999.
If we talk about specs then, Honor Bee flaunts an 4.5 inch FWVGA display screen with screen resolution of 960x540pixels, under the hood it is powered by an 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor along with Mali-400 GPU and 1GB RAM, it also includes 8GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD.
In terms of photography it features an 8MP auto focus rear camera along with dual LED flash and at front it features an 2MP front facing camera, it houses an 1,730mAh battery and for connectivity it supports Bluetooth v4.0, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB, and 3G. In terms of software it runs on Android 4.4.2 which is wrapped under EMUI 3.0 Lite.
At this price tag it will face lots of competition as already lots of vendors has targeted this price tag like Micromax Canvas Spark (First Impression), Xiaomi Redmi 2 (First Impression | Review), Micromax Unite 3, Moto E (2015) (Review).
