Recently we had reported about the Web Cam app which is found in Windows 8 Milestone 1 but it was not enabled by default but you can enable it via a simple Tweaker Tool but after that some users said that Web Cam App is still not working.
But a video is found which clearly shows the demo of Web cam App, this may be from Milestone 3 which is released a month ago to developers.
