By default Menu bar, Favorite bar, Status Bar And Command Bar are not enabled in IE9, But if you want to enable them then :-
- Open IE9,
- Now Just right click on Tool bar or empty space near tab,
- Now just select whichever you wanna enable :-
P.S. If you don’t wanna enable them permanently and wanna use just one or two time then just press Alt button to enable and again Alt to disable
