Microsoft Soon Ditch Nokia Branding

Earlier we had reported that Microsoft will soon ditch Nokia branding from its upcoming Lumia devices, last year Microsoft has acquired Nokia’s mobile business and from then many people were expecting that Microsoft will kill Nokia branding from its upcoming phones but now its seems those reports and expectations are soon going to be true.


In a latest leak we have some image of upcoming smartphone we have Microsoft branding instead of Nokia, this could be the first time we are going to see Microsoft branding in any smartphone. Name of this smartphone is not mentioned but it could be a upcoming Lumia device.


In image we could see a big screen smartphone front panel with very thin bezel around it and it has slight curved edges.

When Microsoft acquired Nokia, it changed its name to Microsoft Mobile but they were using Nokia name or branding on smartphone till now but it seems very soon we will have Microsoft branding smartphone
