Benchmark report of the device has the model number of SM-G750F, device will flaunt a display screen which will have screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels, it will be powered by Exynos quad-core 1.5GHz CPU with 1.5 GB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU, as results indicates that CPU is not much powerful but it could be possible that this could be a early build.

Mega 2 will come with 16 GB of internal storage and will have memory card slot as well. At back it will feature a 8 megapixel camera and a 2 megapixel camera at front and for connectivity it will have LTE-A, Micro USB, Wifi, and Bluetooth.
