Microsoft Announced Word, Excel And PowerPoint Apps For Nokia Asha 501

It seems that we dont have to wait much longer to see the effect of Nokia’s Acquisition by Microsoft, Today Nokia & Microsoft has announced a stripped down version of Microsoft Office for Nokia 501 named as My Pocket Office, which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

This app will have very basic functions and will only let you open and read files which you have downloaded from eMail or open from phone.

All three apps comes with different color scheme, Word flaunt blue color scheme, Excel come in green and PowerPoint in red.

Nokia has said that these apps are in beta phase so might comes with several bugs, Nokia has promised to solve those bugs in near future through update.
