Micromax Canvas 5 Will Feature 18MP Camera And CyanogenMod
Micromax is working on its next Canvas flagship smartphone the Canvas 5 which is almost ready for launch, but if we believe on latest leak then Micromax Canvas 5 will feature a massive 18 megapixel camera and its set to be launch later this year within price bracket of 22K.
Sometime back there were some news that Micromax is not happy with Google’s Android One program and need more control and that’s why Micromax is looking toward CyanogenMod. Now this leak suggest that Canvas 5 will also feature CyanogenMod (based on Android 4.4.4 KitKat) and if its then Canvas 5 will be company’s first smartphone to feature this custom ROM.
If you dont know about CyanogenMod then its a popular custom ROM for Android devices which has recorded over 12 million active installs on a multitude of devices till June 2014.
Other specs of Canvas 5 will be 5inch full HD screen, MediaTek octa-core processor along with 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, and microSD card support. As per camera it will have 18MP back and 5MP front camera.
