Few days back HTC has secretly announced One (E8) in china which is now announced globally, which is the plastic variant of HTC’s flagship smartphone, the HTC One (M8). It comes at around half of the price of HTC One (M8). HTC One (E8) is available at CN¥2,799 or about $450 for unsubsidized variant. This plastic variant misses metallic chasing and also misses out dual camera at back.
If we talk about specs then HTC One (E8) comes with 5 inch full HD 1080p S-LCD3 with Gorilla Glass 3 display screen, under the hood its powered by Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (2.5GHz in Asia/China; 2.3GHz in other regions) with Adreno 330 GPU paired with 2 GB of RAM, it has 16 GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 128 GB via MicroSD card.
As per photographic front it comes ith 13 megapixel rear snapper along with 5 MP front facing camera with f/2.0, BSI, wide-angle lens, it houses a 2,600mAh non-removable battery and for connectivity it has WiFi, Bluetooth, Dual SIM, NFC, Micro USB and GPS. As per software it runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat along with Sens UI 6.0
