Xiaomi India has been teasing for the launch of new variant of its latest smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 4i which company has couple of month back in a global event here in India. At that time company has only launched 16GB variant as this device does not support Memory expansion via micro SD card, which has been highly criticized by the users, and that’s why today company has announced the 32GB variant of this smartphone.
This 32GB variant will be available under flash model and first sale will happen on July 28 and registration of the same are now open. Currently this 32GB variant will be available in grey version only as of now, one this which is interesting here is that price of 16GB variant of Mi 4 and 32GB Mi 4i are the same, so if you are going to purchase this smartphone then make your decision wisely.

When it comes to specs, its same what we have seen in Xiaomi Mi 4i 16GB variant, like it flaunts a 5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS OGS (One Glass Solution) display with pixel density of 441ppi. The display also features a technology Xiaomi calls “Sunlight display,” which adjusts the contrast of each pixel for crystal-clear images even under direct sunlight.
If we talk about under the hood it is powered by a second-generation 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core (1.1GHz quad-core + 1.7GHz quad-core) processor clocked at 1.7GHz along with 2GB of RAM, and has got 16GB of internal memory.
As per photography front, Xiaomi Mi 4i features a 13-megapixel rear camera with CMOS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and dual-tone flash, and at front it has got an 5-megapixel selfie camera, with f/1.8 aperture and 80 degrees wide angle lens.
For connectivity it has got dual-SIM card slots with both supporting LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Micro USB, GPS and Bluetooth 4.1, it houses a 3,120mAh battery with quick charge support, which is capable of charging device to 40 percent in an hour, and can fully charge in three.
If we talk about software, then Xiaomi Mi 4i is the first smartphone from company which runs on Android Lollipop-wrapped under MIUI 6 right of the box.
