Lots of leaked has been reported so far regarding the Windows 8, recently an activator also come up which will activate your Windows 8.
Now an NaiveUser at MyDigitalLife user at has shared a tweak which can enable ribbon UI in Windows Explorer.
Ribbon UI was first discovered in M3 build but this user was able to enable it in M1 build, if you also had downloaded M1 build and wanna activate it then use following steps :-
- Type regedit in run command,
- Now navigate to :-
HKEY_CLASS_ROOTCLSID{4F12FF5D-D319-4A79-8380-9CC80384DC08}
- Now create a new String value under the above key and name it as AppID and set its value as {9198DA45-C7D5-4EFF-A726-78FC547DFF53},
- That’s it just restart your explorer and enjoy the new Ribbon UI in it.
