Today another Chinese brand, the Coolpad marks its entry to Indian smartphone market by launching two smartphones, one is entry level smartphone while other is mid range smartphone which company has announced. Coopad has launched Dazen X7 and Dazen 1 at the price tag of Rs 17,999 and Rs 6,999 respectively; both smartphones are going to be exclusively available on Snapdeal from June 9.
If we talk about specs then, Coolpad Dazen X7 features an 5.2-inch FHD SUPER AMOLED display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, under the hood it is powered by a octa-core chipset clocked at 1.7GHz along with 2GB of RAM and also comes with 16GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
As per photography front it features an13MP auto focus rear snapper with LED flash, for selfie lovers there is an 8MP front facing camera also, it houses a 2,700mAh battery, for connectivity it supports dual-SIM, 4G LTE (Indian bands are supported), 3G, Bluetooth, Micro USB and GPS connectivity options.
As per software is concerned it runs on Android KitKat wrapped under company’s Cool UI skin. It will be available in gold and white color variants and at this price and specs it will compete with Xiaomi Mi 4 16GB variant and the OnePlus One.
On the other hand if we talk about Coolpad Dazen 1 which is an entry level smartphone then it flaunts a 5-inch HD display screen, under the hood it is powered by a Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 2GB of RAM.
It comes with an 8GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card, if we talk about photography front, then it has an 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and at front, it sports a 5-megapixel front focus camera.
It supports dual-SIM, LTE support, 3G, Bluetooth, Micro USB and GPS for connectivity and houses a 2500 mAh battery. Coolpad Dazen 1 will be available under flash sale model, the registrations for the same will begin on Snapdeal today. At this price and specs Coolpad Dazen 1 will compete with the Xiaomi Redmi 2 and the Yu Yuphoria.
