We all were waiting for the launch of Xiaomi Mi 8 from company since company has announced it in China, it is the flagship smartphone of company and everyone was waiting for it arrive in India, but since company has announced the launch of its new sub brand, the Poco and will be launching new flagship smartphone under it, the Pocophone F1, so everyone has left the hope for the launch of Mi 8 as both phones are very similar in terms of specs.
However a new report from 91Mobile has confirmed that company could launch this Xiaomi Mi 8 soon in India, might be after few weeks from the launch of Poco F1. Three separate phone sellers has confirmed this to 91Mobile.
When it comes to specs, Xiaomi Mi 8 flaunts a 6.21-inch Full HD+ (2248×1080) AMOLED display, under the hood, it is powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, along with Adreno 630 GPU and comes with 6GB of RAM and has 64GB/128GB/256GB of storage options.
When it comes to the photographic front, it has dual camera at the rear, 12MP primary camera (1.4μm pixels, f/1.8 aperture, Dual Pixel autofocus, 4-axis OIS) and 12MP telephoto lens ( f/2.4 aperture, 2x optical zoom), and there is a 20MP front facing camera for selfies.
It houses a 3,400mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0+ support, for connectivity it supports WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, LTE, VoLTE, and USB Type-C. When it comes to software front, it runs on MIUI 9.5 based on Android 8.1.
