Indian smartphone under 15K is mostly dominated by China based smartphone makers like Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo or Poco, you can find couple of good smartphones in this segment, like Poco M3, Redmi Note 9, Realme 7, and Oppo A52. Now Samsung has decided to launch a smartphone in this segment, the Samsung Galaxy A12 which is launched at Rs. 12,999 for the base variant. Company has launched this smartphone back in November 2020 in Europe and now Samsung has decided to bring this phone to India.

The key features of this smartphone is 48-megapixel quad rear cameras, up to 128GB of onboard storage, 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging support.

Samsung Galaxy A12 flaunts a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) TFT Infinity-V Display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, under the hood it is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC along with 4GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage which can be expandable via a microSD card up to 1TB.

When it comes to the camera front, it flaunts a quad camera setup of 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, at the front, it has a sensor of 8-megapixel with f/2.2 lens.

When it comes to the connectivity front it has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.

Samsung Galaxy A12 Price –

Samsung Galaxy A12 price in India has been launched at Rs. 12,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, on the other hand, the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option is priced at Rs. 13,999.

It also comes with couple of launch offers like instant cashback worth Rs. 3,000 for Jio customers on the prepaid recharge of Rs. 349 plan and Rs. 4000 worth vouchers. The Samsung Galaxy A12 customers on Vi will also get double data benefits on the Rs. 299 recharge for the first three recharges.
