Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 features a 10.1 inch WXGA TFT display screen with screen resolution of 1280 x 800pixels. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and powered by 1.6 GHz Dual Core processor along with 1 GB of RAM.
It can playback full HD videos and can record HD videos at 720p. For connectivity it has WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB, and A-GPS. It supports both 3G and LTE. It comes with 6,800 mAh battery.
On the other hand Galaxy Tab 3 8 comes with 8 inch of touch screen with screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It also runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
It runs on 1.5 Ghz of dual core processor along with 1.5 GB RAM and comes in 16 Gb and 32 Gb variant. It also support micro SD card for memory expansion.
It has 5 MP camera at back and a 1.3 MP camera. For connectivity it has WiFi, Bluetooth, and USB 2.0. It comes with 4,450 mAh battery.
