LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro And Le 2 Max Announced; Features USB Type-C Audio Port

After couple of months of rumors and leaks, finally China-based company, LeEco has added new smartphone’s in its portfolio, in an event held in China, company has announced three new smartphones, LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro And Le Max 2 which comes with premium design language, where LeEco Le 2 is priced 1099 Yuan, the Le 2 Pro is priced at 1499 Yuan,  and the Le Max 2 is priced 2099 Yuan, all three smartphones are available for pre-order and will be available from 26 April.

In terms of design, all three devices feature metal unibody deign with very thin bezels and there is a fingerprint sensor as well for added security. One of the talking points of this device is USB Type-C audio port, there are some rumors that Apple could skip audio port on iPhone 7 but here company has already done this with these devices. Company has said that these smartphones will feature CDLA (Continual Digital Lossless Audio) technology to offer high-quality uncompressed audio.

When it comes to specs, LeEco Le 2 flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD display, under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek’s Helio X20 tri-cluster deca-core processor paired along with 3GB of RAM and there is 32GB of internal storage.

When it comes to the photography front, it features a 16-megapixel rear camera with aperture f/2.0, PDAF and LED flash, at the front you have an 8-megapixel camera, it houses a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging support, for connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G/LTE, VoLTE and Bluetooth.

Specs of Le 2Pro is almost same as Le 2, it is powered by MediaTek’s Helio X25 deca-core chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and comes in 32GB and 64GB internal storage variants. When it comes to the photography front, it features a 21-megapixel rear camera with aperture f/2.0, PDAF and LED flash, at the front you have an 8-megapixel camera.

On the other hand, Le Max 2 comes with 5.7-inch QHD display (2560×1440 pixels), under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm’s flagship processor, the Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor paired with 6GB of RAM and has 64GB of onboard storage.

It features an 21MP rear snapper with 6P lens & dual-tone flash and there is a 8Mp front facing camera, it houses a 3,100mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support, and for connectivity it supports, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G LTE, VoLTE, Bluetooth and GPS among others.

All three variants runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS wrapped under EUI 5.5. As told earlier, it is already available for pre-booking in China and will be available from 26 April, company hasnt announce when they are planning to launch same devices in India.
