But some Chinese eRetailers had started pre-booking of this phone which might get launched in October, Reuters has reported that an Chinese eRetailer Taobao has aksed customers to deposit 1000 Yuan or around $160 for iPhone 5.
Another retailer Dahai99888, is asking customers to deposit full payment of 6,999 Yuan $1,100. Taobao has told Reuters that they are planning to buy iPhone 5 either from Hong Kong or from US itself and the bring them to China, retailer failed to define any date because there is no date from Apple regarding availability.
