Yesterday Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship device for the Indian market, the Xiaomi Mi 4, which was originally launched back in July last year. Xiaomi Mi 4 was one of the much awaited device in India, its predecessor, the Xiaomi Mi 3 was the huge success for the company and company was able to sell good number of units in India. Yesterday at launch event we were able to spend sometime with the device and played a bit with it and here is our first impression with the device.
Build And Design Of Mi 4 :-
Xiaomi has learned from its mistakes which they had made in Mi 3 and improved them, the Mi 4 comes with a metallic frame which runs all across the body and gives premium look to the device, this metallic frame has curved edges which allows you to make better grip on the device.
If we talk about connectivity and ports then on right side we have volume rockers followed by your power and sleep buttons too are metallic and give nice feedback to the users.
At bottom you will find your Micro USB port with speaker grill, as speakers are at bottom audio quality coming out of it will be good and sound will not get muffled.
On left side you have a SIM slot, and at top you will find you your 3.5mm audio jack and IR blaster with which you can control your infrared devices like TV.
At back of MI 4 you have a secondary mic for noise cancellation, a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and f/1.8 aperture, which means you will get more lights on your sensors and you can click better images for it, this camera can shot 4K videos as well. The back of Xiaomi Mi 4 is again glossy on and it will ultimately invites your finger prints, smudges and scratches as well.
At front you have 8MP camera for selfie lovers, and a 5 inch full HD display screen which seems very crisp and as its an IPS display screen, the viewing angles on this are again very good. Xiaomi has learned from its previous devices and here on MI 4 you will find very thin bezels around the device which looks cool.
