India based smartphone and tablet maker, Swipe has announced their second smartphone under its online only Elite brand, the Swipe Elite 2 4G, earlier company has announced Swipe Elite which was some sort of successful device for the company, and just like previous device, this Swipe Elite 2 4G will also be available exclusively on Flipkart at the price tag of Rs. 4,666, which makes its cheapest 4G/LTE device available in the market.
Company has said that one of the USP of this device is its FreedomOS which comes with several features like off screen gestures, local search support, themes, Swipe Box online storage with 100GB of free storage and much more.
When it comes to specs then Swipe Elite 2 4G flaunts an 4.5-inch (960 x 540 pixels) qHD display, under the hood it is powered by 64Bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735M processor clocked 1.3 GHz with Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB DDR3 RAM, it also comes with 8GB of internal memory which can be further expandable memory up to 32GB with MicroSD
When it comes to photography front it features an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies, for connectivity it supports Dual SIM, 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Micro USB, it houses 1900mAh battery and when it comes to software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop wrapped under Freedom OS.
Swipe ELITE 2 will be available in Black color at Rs. 4,666, like said earlier, it will exclusively available on Flipkart from November 8th. Company has also said that the smartphone will be exclusively available for Uber users from October 30 to November 7 in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi for one week, before it goes on sale on Flipkart.
