As we were expecting, BlackBerry has announced its latest smartphone, the BlackBerry Classic in India at the price tag of Rs. 31,999, BlackBerry Classic was originally announced last month in an event in New York. The main thing about this phone is that it brings its classic look and feel along with latest software. In BlackBerry Classic you will get your classic four rows QWERTY keypad back along with your trackpad. At first look it reminds us of BlackBerry Bold series but when it comes to software part this smartphone is powered by BlackBerry OS 10.3. This device also features all classical keyboard shortcuts which you might had used in older BlackBerry smartphone’s, like Bold series, specially of Bold 9900, to which company hopes will ultimately increase productivity of users.

BlackBerry dont have high end specs which you might be expecting on it, actually with this BlackBerry is targeting business or executive segment who need to edit documents on the go, check their email and so. BlackBerry has released Passport earlier but it seems to be a big and bulky device and not everyone is happy with its big look.
BlackBerry Classic comes with 3.5 inch touch screen with screen resolution of 720×720 pixels which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, under the hood it is powered by a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor along with 2GB of RAM and has 16GB of device storage which can be expandable up to another 128GB via Micro SD card.
As per photography front it comes with a 8MP rear-facing camera with enhanced optics and upgraded imaging sensors along with LED flash which can record full HD videos at 30fps and a 2MP front facing camera as well which can record HD video. For connectivity it has Nano SIM, FD-LTE, WiFi, FM Radio, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, NFC and Micro USB.
As per software front it runs on BlackBerry OS 10.3.1 which comes with battery optimizations, it has 2515 mAh non-removable battery which can last for up to 17.2 hours GSM talk time. You can install apps in this device via company’s BlackBerry world or you can also install Android Apps from Amazon App Store.
