Mozilla team has released another alpha build preview of its upcoming browser,Firefox 3.7 Alpha 5,this build version comes with Add-Ons Manager.See the screenshot below:-
As you can notice in above screenshot that instead of opening a new dialog box for Adds-Ons manager it is opening a new tab which looks great.You can navigate to Get Add Ons, Themes, Extension from the sidebar.One another thing is that it also shows you Search Engines,If you have installed anyone.
