Last month Samsung has launched its latest flagship phone Galaxy S5 in India and now its officially available on company’s website for Rs. 51,500 which is almost Rs. 10,000 higher than Galaxy S IV. At the time of its launch, Samsung has said that it will go on sale from 11 April.

As per specs, Samsung Galaxy S 5 comes with a massive 5.1 Super AMOLED display with 1080p screen resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood it has is powered by a Exynos 5 Octa processor with a set of 1.9GHz A15 quad-core and 1.3GHz A7 quad-core processors with 2 GB of RAM. It comes in two variant of 16 GB and 32 GB and do support microSD card to expand memory up to 128 GB.

At back it has a 16 megapixel rear shooter which  can shoot 4k videos at 30fps. Samsung claims it the fastest auto-focus of 0.3 seconds, at back there is a secondary camera and flash module, which essentially works as heart rate monitor. At front it has a 2 MP sensor. It houses a 2800 mAh battery. The phone is water resistance under IP67 certificate and has a a finger print scanner like we had seen iPhone 5S.

For connectivity options it include LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and as per software front, it runs onAndroid 4.4 KitKat wrapped with TouchWiz UI. Back panel of Galaxy S5 has a leather finish design and its edges sports metallic finish of an alloy of glass fiber and polycarbonate.
