The next version of popular Note sub-brand, Note III could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU if we believe on news of Korean MK News. Earlier there were news that this device could be powered by Samsung‘s own Exynos 5 Octa CPU.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 supports LTE-A standard which is much faster and better than 4G, so according to us Snapdragon 800 is more useful in mature LTE markets whereas Exynos 5 Octa is good for emerging markets like India.

Apart from above this device might got screen size of 5.7 inch, earlier it was believed that this phone will get 5.99 inch screen but it seems that Samsung has changed its mind and decided not to screen size very much.

Samsung has increased screen size in Note II by 0.2 inch as compared with Note I and it seems they will do same with Note III, in this screen it will surely get 1080p screen resolution. It will run Android 4.3 Jelly Bean which was launched some days ago along with Nexus 7 and will feature 3 GB RAM.
