After so much of hype and waiting, finally today Redmi, the sub brand of Xiaomi has officially launched its latest offerings, the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in India, both of these smartphones were launched in China last month and since then we all were waiting it to be launched in India. Both of these are affordable flagship smartphones from the company and it will directly compete with OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro but with much lower price tag. This is a completely new series from Redmi, and with this they are trying to break the myth that they can only offer budget smartphones.

Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro

When it comes to specs, then Redmi K20 will have a 6.39-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, supports HDR and a 91.9 percent screen-to-body ratio, under the hood, the Redmi K20 is powered by a Snapdragon 730 SoC and supports up to 8GB of RAM along with up to 256GB inbuild storage.

When it comes to the camera front, it has got triple camera setup at the rear with 48-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, along with LED flash as well. When it comes to the front, you will find a motorized pop-up selfie camera of 20 MP with f/2.2.

For protection it has an in-display fingerprint sensor has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 at the front and the back. The Redmi K20 houses a 4,000mAh battery and an 18W charge in the box. For connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, Radio, GPS, USB Type-C, LTE and VoLTE.

When it comes to the software front, it runs MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie which has got lots of customization.

Price and Availability Of Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro –

Redmi K20 is priced Rs. 21,999 for the 6GB RAM, 64GB storage variant while the 6GB RAM, 128GB storage variant is priced Rs. 23,999 and Redmi K20 will be available on Flipkart from July 22 at 12pm.

On the other hand, Redmi K20 Pro priced Rs. 27,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, the 8GB RAM, 256GB storage variant is priced Rs. 30,999. Company has also launched the 27W Sonic Charger for Rs. 999. The Redmi K20 Pro will be available on Flipkart from July 22 at 12pm.
