After the successful launch of Oppo’s flagship smartphone, the Oppo Reno, today company has launched its updated version, the Oppo Reno 2 along its sister smartphone, the Oppo Reno 2Z and Oppo Reno 2F which are the toned-down version of flagship smartphone, and with this company is trying to target different price segment users. The one thing which was praised by all in original Oppo Reno was the design language and company has retained all of its design language, but company has made some if the specs improvements in this line up.

Oppo Reno 2 Specs And Features –

Oppo Reno 2 flaunts a 6.55-inch AMOLED Panoramic notch-less display with 20:9 aspect ratio and it is Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection at the front, and at back you will find Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm’s latest gaming processor Snapdragon 730G along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage which can be further expandable via Micro SD card, it has a hybrid slot.

When it comes to the photographic front which is its highlight as well, it features a quad-camera setup with 48 MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture which is an 26mm (wide), sensor with PDAF and OIS, along with it you will have a 13MP sensor which is an telephoto with f/2.4 aperture, and then you have a 8 MP sensor which is a ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and then you have a dedicated 2 MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture.

The rear camera has got optical image stabilization (OIS), electronic image stabilization (EIS), 5x hybrid zoom and Ultra Dark mode.

At front you have a shark fin-style 16MP pop-up selfie camera with LED flash just like we had seen on Oppo Reno. It comes with a in-display Fingerprint Unlock 3.0 .

Oppo Reno 2Z and Oppo Reno 2F Specs And Features –

Both Oppo Reno 2Z and Oppo Reno 2F are the toned down variant of Oppo Reno 2, both comes with 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection, here you will also find a notch-less but instead shark-fin like pop-up camera, you will find a simple pop-up camera with 16-megapixel snapper.

Under the hood, Oppo Reno 2Z is powered by Octa-core Mediatek MT6779 Helio P90 (12 nm) processor along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage whereas Oppo Reno 2F is powered by Octa-core Mediatek MT6771V Helio P70 (12nm) along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, they had 48 MP (wide), 8 MP, f/2.2 (ultrawide), 2 MP B/W and 2 MP depth sensor.

All smartphone comes with 4,000mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0, and they run on Android 9.0 wrapped under ColorOS6.0.

Oppo Reno 2, Oppo Reno 2Z and Oppo Reno 2F – Price And Availability

Oppo Reno 2, 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant is priced at Rs 36,990 in India and will be available in two color options – Ocean Blue and Luminous Black, it will go on sale from September 20, and the pre-booking will start from September 10.

Oppo Reno 2Z with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant will be available for Rs 29,990 and will be in three color options – Sky White, Luminous Black and Polar Light. Oppo has started the pre-booking will start from today and it will go on sale from September 6.

While the Oppo Reno 2F with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant will be announced somewhere in in November. It comes in two color options – Sky White and Lake Green.
