Oppo has expanded its budget level smartphone portfolio by launching a new smartphone, the Oppo A37 which was launched earlier this month in China and it is already available in China and Singapore, and today it is launched in India as well with a price tag of Rs. 11,990 and it will be available from 1st July onwards in both online and offline channels, it will be available in gold and grey color variants.

When it comes to specs then Oppo A37 has got a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display screen with 2.5D curved glass and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, under the hood, it is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor along with a 2GB of RAM and it also comes with 16GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.

When it comes to the photography front, it features a 8-megapixel autofocus rear snapper with LED flash, BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture, and can record FHD videos, at front it has got a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture and screen flash features.

For connectivity, it supports dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and OTG, it houses a 2,630mAh battery, and when it comes to software front, it runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 wrapped under ColorOS 3.0. It is a very slim smartphone just 7.7mm of thickness.
