After months of leaks and rumors, finally China based smartphone maker, OnePlus has finally put all these leaks to bed and announced its flagship smartphone of the year, the OnePlus 7 Pro, company has also announced OnePlus 7 which is stripped down version of OnePlus 7 Pro. It is first time when OnePlus has announced more than one device at the same time. Company has hosted the launch event of OnePlus 7 Pro launch in three cities across the globe at the same time. Both OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro comes with different price tag and are targeted toward different segments.

OnePlus 7 And OnePlus 7 Pro

Specs and features are all in line with what we have seen in leaks which were floating from months, like OnePlus 7 Pro flaunts a 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED display panel with QHD+ (1440×3120 pixels) screen resolution, 19.5:9 of aspect ratio, up to 90Hz refresh rate, and to make your viewing more pleasing, it has got HDR10+ certification and DCI-P3 color profile support.

When it comes to under the hood features, the OnePlus 7 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC along with Adreno 640 GPU, up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage with UFS 3.0 protocol, which is first time in any smartphone.

When it comes to the camera front, OnePlus 7 Pro houses triple camera setup at the rear, it has a primary camera of 48-megapixel with f/1.6 aperture, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), Laser and Phase detection, then there is a 16-megapixel ultra-wide secondary sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, and then we have a third 8-megapixel sensor with telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. At front you have a motorized pop-up selfie camera of 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, and 25mm wide lens.

For connectivity, it supports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C with USB 3.1 protocol, and Dual 4G and Dual VoLTE. OnePlus 7 pro houses a 4,000mAh battery with 30W Warp Charge fast charge technology, and company has said they had improved vibration motor for better hap-tic feedback during gaming and general use.

Price and Availability Of OnePlus 7 Pro –

Company has launched OnePlus 7 Pro in couple of variants which differs in terms of RAM and storage variant, like the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced Rs 48,999, while the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced Rs 52,999, and there is another top of the line variant of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage which is priced Rs 59,999.

OnePlus 7 Pro will be available via OnePlus online store and Amazon India starting from May 17, apart from this it will be available via exclusive OnePlus offline stores, retail chain Croma and at the pop-up events which company will be hosting across the country.

OnePlus 7 Specifications And Details –

OnePlus 7 is slightly affordable variant which has some trade off in terms of design and specs, more or less the specs are very similar to OnePlus 7 Pro but has some key differences.

OnePlus 7

OnePlus 7 flaunts a 6.41-inch Optic AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, there is no opo-up camera, instead just like OnePlus 6T, here you will find notch design.

At the rear, you will find dual rear camera instead of triple which we have seen on OnePlus 7 Pro. On OnePlus 7 you have a 48-megapixel primary camera sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and a secondary 5-megapixel sensor with f/2.4 aperture, there is no ultra-wide sensor on OnePlus 7.

And last but not the least, OnePlus 7 comes with 3,700mAh battery instead of the 4,000mAh battery that we get in the OnePlus 7 Pro.

Price And Availability Of OnePlus 7 –

6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of OnePlus 7 is priced Rs 32,999 while the top of the line variant of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced Rs 37,999.

OnePlus 7 will be available sometime in June, company hasn’t provided any specific date as of now.
