Last month Microsoft has announced Nokia Lumia 530 which comes with Windows Phone 8.1 and is the successor of affordable Lumia 525, earlier it was up for pre-order on SnapDeal and now its officially launched and is available on Nokia India eStore.

If we talk about specs, Nokia Lumia 530 flaunts a 4-inch FWVGA LCD display screen 854×480 pixels with a pixel density of 246ppi, under the hood its powered by a Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 512MB of RAM and has 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card.

Nokia Lumia 530 features a 5-megapixel fixed focus rear camera, there is no front camera, it houses a 1,430mAh battery which can last survive for 10 hours of talktime and up to 22 days on standby mode as per company’s claim. For connectivity it has dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and as per software front, it runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Cyan update.

If we compare it with Nokia Lumia 525 then Nokia Lumia 530 lacks in RAM and internal memory only, Lumia 525 comes with 1 GB of RAM and has 8 GB of internal storage whereas Lumia 530 has 512MB rab and only 4 GB if ROM. Rest of the features are same. Nokia Lumia 525 is available for Rs 8,800/-.
