Apart from launching Microsoft Lumia 640, company has also announced its bigger variant, the Microsoft Lumia 640XL at MWC 2015 in Barcelona, in terms of specs and design, Lumia 640XL is very much similar to of Microsoft Lumia 640, apart from few changes or updates which Microsoft has made on this device, its actually the phablet variant of Lumia 640 which company has just announced.

The only changes which you will find on Lumia 640XL compare with Lumia 640 are, an bigger display screen of 5.7 inch HD IPS LCD display with a 259ppi density and protected by Gorilla Glass 3 protection, features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear snapper with LED flash and an 5-megapixel fixed focus front-facing camera, both pf these camera’s can shot 1080p video.

Rest of the specs remains the same like powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with 1GB of RAM and got 8GB of internal storag which can be further expandable 128GB via a microSD card slot and Microsoft is also giving away 1TB of OneDrive storage as well.

For connectivity it has got Dual SIM, 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / aGPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and Micro USB, runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Denim update but company has promised for Windows 10 update, it houses 3000 mAh battery.

If we talk about pricing than 3G variant of the Lumia 640XL will be available for €189 while the LTE variant will be available for €219, Lumia 640XL will be available in single SIM and dual SIM variants, with global rollout starting this March.
