Back at IFA 2014, Lenovo has announced world’s first multi layered smartphone, the Lenovo Vibe X2 which comes with three layered design language. Its also the first smartphone to features MediaTek’s MT6595m octa-core chip.

Now this phone is listed on Lenovo’s India website which hints its launch could be around the corner. At this time there is no word on its price or availability but we hope it could be announced at around Rs. 26,000/-

If we talk about specs then Lenovo Vibe X2 comes with an impressive design language, it flaunts a 5-inch IPS display screen with full HD screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels, under the hood its powered by MediaTek MT6595m True8Core processor clocked at 2GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and has 32GB inbuilt storage.

At back Lenovo Vibe X2 features 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and at front it has a 5-megapixel front facing camera, for connectivity it has 4G LTE, HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac; Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. As per software front it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with VIBE UI 2.0 skin on top.

Lenovo Vibe X2 also comes with a click-on accessories called “Vibe Xtensions” which include Vibe X2 Battery and Vibe X2 speaker. Lenovo claims it can extends the battery life by up to 75 percent while the speaker will enhance the sound experience.
