It seems finally wait is over for HTC lovers as company might launch its latest flagship device, the HTC One (M9) in India on 14 April as company has sent out media invite for the launch of a smartphone event in New Delhi scheduled on the same date. Company has originally launched this device last month in Mobile World Congress at Barcelona, it features almost the same design language which we have seen in its predecessor.

HTC has included 5.1 Dolby Audio Surround to its BoomSound audio which will now give better and rich audio experience to music lovers, HTC has also introduced two-tone look design where you will find silver finish at the back and golden/bronze finish on the sides, and the unibody design is a more curvier than before.

In terms of specs then, HTC flaunts an 5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display screen, under the hood it is powered by an 64Bit Snapdragon 810 octa-core chipset clocked at 2GHz along with 3GB of RAM and has got 32GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.

If we talk about photography front then HTC has ditched its Duo Camera introduced on last year on One (M8), and in One M9 it has got 20-megapixel rear camera at the back with dual-LED flash, at front it has got 4-Ultrapixel snapper for selfie lovers.

It houses a 2,840mAh battery, and for connectivity it has got LTE support, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro USB, and GPS. As per software front, it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop wrapped under latest Sense 7 UI.

There is not big difference if we compare Sense 7 UI with its current avatar, but HTC has introduced some nice options like now you can customize the UI theme with a source image, you will get location aware menu in which apps shortcuts and other things will change as per your locations.
