Last month HTC and Google has launched its latest Nexus tablet, the Nexus 9 and from this month Google has started shipping it in USA, soon it will be available in other parts of the world. Now it seems Indian launch could be anytime soon as it was already listed on Google India Play store and recently it was spotted on Indian Import/Export website Zauba which hints HTC has import some units to India. According to the listing 2,010 units of the Nexus 9 arrived at New Delhi from Taiwan on November 15. On Google India Play Store, Nexus 9 is available at Rs 28,900 for 16GB, Wifi only variant and 32GB storage with supports LTE is priced Rs 44,900.
Just to recap specs, Nexus 9 comes with a screen size of 8.9 inch which has screen resolution of 2048×1536-pixel and has pixels density at 4:3 aspect ratio, under the hood Nexus 9 is powered by dual-core Nvidia Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.3GHz and Kepler DX11 GPU along with 2GB of RAM, it comes in 16GB and 32GB for Wifi-only, 32GB for LTE variants.
On photography front Nexus 9 comes features 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, BSI, f/2.4, and can shoot 1080p videos, At front it has a 1.6-megapixel camera for selfie as well which can record HD videos.
For connectivity it has got Bluetooth v4.1, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, LTE and micro USB. And as per software front it runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
