Along with the announcement of Gionee Marathon M5, Gionee has also announced its flagship device, the Gionee Elife E8 and it is the successor of last year launched Elife E7 and the main highlight of this phone is that it has this year’s Elife E8 comes with 24 mega pixel camera at back, and it has got 2K display screen which is now becoming a trend in most of the flagship devices. Company has priced Elife E8 at 3999 RMB which is approx Rs 41,500 and it will available from July 15 in China.

If we talk about specs then, the Gionee Elife E8 flaunts an 6-inch Quad HD (1440 x 2560) display screen, under the hood it is powered by the 64-bit MediaTek MT6795 octa-core processor clocked at 2Ghz along with IMG G620 GPU and 3GB of RAM, it also features 64GB which can be further expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.

As per photography front, the Gionee Elife E8 features an 24-megapixel auto focus rear camera with OIS, true-tone flash, and real-time loss less zoom, it can record 4K videos, along with this it also has an 8-megapixel front camera. At back it also features a fingerprint scanner which was rumored before its launch.

It houses 3520mAh battery, for connectivity it has got dual SIM, LTE support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and Micro USB, as per software front it runs on Android 5.2 Lollipop wrapped under Amigo 3.1.
