Today another Indian vendor, Celkon has launched Windows Phone 8.1 powered smartphone in India Celkon Win 400 which is priced Rs 4,999 and will be exclusively available on Snapdeal. Earlier to Celkon, Micromax has already launched two Windows Phone devices, the Win W121 and Win W092, on the other hand Xolo has announced Win Q900S.

If we talk about specs then Celkon Win 400 comes with a 4-inch IPS display screen with screen resolution of 480×800 pixels, under the hood it is powered by dual-core Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 512MB RAM and has 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

As per photography front Celkon Win 400 features a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and at front it has a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, houses a 1,500mAh battery which gives you up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time for connectivity GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro-USB support.

The retail rice of this device is Rs 6,400, but Snapdeal is providing 22 percent discount on MRP. At this price tag and specs it will compete with Nokia Lumia 530, Micromax Win W121 and Win W092.
