In the ongoing Computex event, Asus has announced FonePad 8 (FE380CG) and an improved and enhanced version of FonePad 7. Both devices can be used to make calls via SIM card. Both FonePad 8 and new FonePad 7 flaunt a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3560 processor. FonePad 7 is slimmer and lighter, rest of the features remains same and there is nothing new in FonePas 7 (FE375CG). These devices will be available in black, white, gold and red colors.

If we talk about FonePad 8, it comes with an 8-inch HD display screen with screen resolution of 1280×800 pixels, it has a narrow 5.06mm bezel design, under the hood both tablets, new FonePad 7 and FonePad 8 are powered by 1.8GHz Intel Atom Z3560 processors

As per photography front they has 5 megapixel camera at back along with 2 megapixel camera at front. For connectivity they had 3G, dual-SIM, Micro USB, GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth

Both tablets feature ASUS SonicMaster audio with dual front speakers. And as per software, the devices runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. Company hasn’t mentioned anything about the price or the availability of these devices
