Windows 7 comes with lots of new themes which can be accessed using Desktop Personalization, there you’ll see some themes like Nature, Lanscape etc but you will see a extra regional theme, this theme will depends upon the region you selected at the time of installation. Like if you select your region as Canada then you will get a extra theme of Canada, there are other themes available for different regions like

  • US,
  • Canada,
  • South Africa,
  • Britain and
  • Australia

Windows 7 automatically installs this extra regional theme according to the region selected by you and hides other regional themes from you. No one knows why windows  7 do this. But you dont need to worry because I am going to tell you how can you access these hidden themes To access these hidden themes of other countries you will have to unhide the hidden system files and folders. To do this open My computer. Click on Organize -> Folder and Search Options -> view tab. Now navigate to

C:WindowsGlobalizationMCT

(NOTE:- If you have installed windows 7 in any other drive then just replace C with the letter of that drive)

Or

Open My Computer and copy-paste following text in address bar:-

%windir%GlobalizationMCT

Now here you’ll see following 5 folders in MCT folder: => MCT-AU =>MCT-CA =>MCT-GB =>MCT-US =>MCT-ZA

Now open each folder one by one in which you will get a "Theme" folder, In this "Theme" folder, you’ll see a .theme file. Copy all these .theme files to "%windir%ResourcesThemes" folder and Windows will add them to Personalization window. That’s it for now, enjoy all these new Themes
