Did you downloaded IE9 in the first day of its launch? If yes then you made one on the 2.3 Millions downloads of IE9 in the first 24 hrs.
Microsoft told that users across the world downloaded the latest version Internet Explorer in a huge numbers.
Windows team blog says :-
We want to thank everyone around the world for downloading IE9 and the enthusiastic reception. 2.3 million downloads in 24 hours is over double the 1 million downloads we saw of the IE9 Beta and four times that of the IE9 RC over the same time period.
IE9 was downloaded 2.35 Millions times in the first 24 hrs, means more than 27 downloads every second, or over 240 downloads every 9 seconds.
Hmm seems that Microsoft will get its share back again as its getting tough competition from Chrome and Firefox.
