Last year, Xiaomi has announced a new smartphone under its Redmi series, the Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime with the price tag of Rs. 8,499, now just after two months of its launch, company has decided to slash its price and now it will be available at the price tag of Rs. 7,999, which is the second Make In India device from company, after Redmi 2 Prime, not only this, company is available Xiaomi Mi Week in which you will can buy Xiaomi Mi 4 and Xiaomi Mi 4i at much lower rates of 12,999 Rs 9,999 respectively.

Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime

When it comes to specs then Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime flaunts an 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display screen with pixel density of 267ppi, at its heart, the Redmi Note Prime is powered by an Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB onboard memory which can be expandable up to 32GB via micro SD card.

When it comes to photography front, it features an 13-megapixel rear snapper with aperture of f/2.4 with LED flash and there is an 5-megapixel front-facing snapper camera as well with aperture of f/2.2. It houses a 3,100mAh battery and for connectivity it features dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro USB and GPS and on the software front, it runs on Android Lollipop-based MIUI 7.

Xiaomi Mi 4 comes with a 5 inch full HD 1080p display screen, under the hood its powered by a Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz along with 3GB of RAM.

As per photographic front, Xiaomi Mi4 features a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 along with a 8-megapixel front-facing camera, it houses a 3,080mAh battery. Xiaomi has used metals for the first time on its smartphones, there is a metal frame around the device, which gives us resemblance of Apple iPhone 5S, at back it has swappable, slightly curved plastic back cover.

For connectivity it has LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and Micro USB port. If we talk about software, then Xiaomi Mi 4 runs on forked version of Android which Xiaomi used on its phones, the Android KitKat wrapped under MIUI 7.

Xiaomi Mi 4i flaunts a 5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS OGS (One Glass Solution) display with pixel density of 441ppi. The display also features a technology Xiaomi calls “Sunlight display,” which adjusts the contrast of each pixel for crystal-clear images even under direct sunlight.

If we talk about under the hood it is powered by a second-generation 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core (1.1GHz quad-core + 1.7GHz quad-core) processor clocked at 1.7GHz along with 2GB of RAM, and has got 16GB of internal memory.

As per photography front, Xiaomi Mi 4i features a 13-megapixel rear camera with CMOS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and dual-tone flash, and at front it has got an 5-megapixel selfie camera, with f/1.8 aperture and 80 degrees wide angle lens.

For connectivity it has got dual-SIM card slots with both supporting LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Micro USB, GPS and Bluetooth 4.1, it houses a 3,120mAh battery with quick charge support, which is capable of charging device to 40 percent in an hour, and can fully charge in three. If we talk about software, then Xiaomi Mi 4i runs on Android Lollipop-wrapped under MIUI 7.
