Couple of weeks back there were news that just like Apple made its iPhone bigger, they will be making their tablet bigger too and will launch iPad Pro which will have 12.9 inch display screen. Now as per the latest news from DigiTimes that Sony is going to take on Apple and will be launching its own tablet which will be having display screen of 12.9 inch and will be launched in the first half of 2015 and soon it will enter mass production.
If we believe on source then this upcoming tablet will have 12.9-inch display with a resolution of 4K Ultra HD screen with screen resolution of 3840×2400 pixels, under the hood it is powered by a Qualcomm chipset, and it will be just 8.6mm thick.
Report further suggest that it will be a costly tablet and will be targeted to high end market as it might be priced above $1000 (Rs. 60,000 approx.). At this time there is no way to confirm this news and we have to wait for some more news or confirmation from Sony. If we talk about iPad Pro then Apple might launch this tablet in second half of the 2015.
