Couple of months back, Samsung has launched its much-awaited phablet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, but things are not going the way Samsung has thought for, the battery issue on this smartphone seems to affect Samsung Note 7 sale which is stopped as of now by the company, but it seems Samsung is gearing up for the launch of another 5.7-inch phablet, the Samsung Galaxy A8 2016 edition which rendered images surfaced online today.

As per the rendered images, this new Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) seems very closer to Galaxy S7 as per the design language, there is no curved design here, however, this phone is made up of glass and metal. When we look deep into the image, there seem to be some big changes but this information is coming from a reliable source.

On the right side of the device, just above your power button, you will see a hole, which seems to be a speaker, a little different design but who knows if Samsung is trying to do something else here.

As per the leak specs, Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) will have a 5.7-inch FHD 1080p display, under the hood, it will be powered by Exynos 7420 along with 3GB RAM and will have 32GB onboard storage which can be further expandable via micro SD card.with a 16MP rear and 5MP front facing cameras. This one is also expected to launch with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box but missing all the new bells and whistles from the Note 7.

For the photographic front, it will have a 16MP rear snapper and there will be a 5MP front facing camera, for software front, it runs on expected to launch with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
