Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has announced two new Android smartphones, Oppo Find 7 and Oppo Find 7a, both phones has been priced 3,498 CNY and 2,998 CNY respectively.

Lets start from Find 7 flaunts a 5.5-inch QHD display screen with screen resolution of 2560×1440 pixels with 538ppi. Oppo has built display screen using technology called Super Screen 2.0, that’s why Oppo managed to fit so many pixels in 5.5 inch screen, it is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 protection which allows you to operate it by wet hands.

Under the hood its powered by 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor which is paired with Adreno 330 GPU along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB ROM along with microSD card slot. At back it features a 13-megapixel rear snapper along with Sony IMX214 CMOS chip and F/2.0 lens. This shooter is capable of making videos at 4K resolutions. Oppo has also added another great feature which lets you click 10 photos and merges them into a single 50 megapixel image. At front it has a  5-megapixel front facing camera for video calling.It houses a 3,000mAh battery and on the software front, it runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean based ColorOS 1.2.

On the other hand, Oppo Find 7a is the striped down version of Oppo Find 7 most of the specs are same rather its powered by an 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of ROM which can be expandable via a microSD card, and it houses a 2,800mAh battery.

Oppo Find 7a will go on sale in China tomorrow and Oppo Find 7 will hit market by May or June, at this time there is no word on India launch.
