Microsoft could announce Lumia 830 at pre-IFA event which is scheduled on 4 September where Lumia 730, a selfie camera smartphone is expected to be announce which too run on Windows Phone 8.1, will have 6.5 MP rear and 5-megapixel front-facing camera, it will have 4.7-inch 720p display screen and will be powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM, it will have 8GB of internal storage and houses a 2,000mAh battery.
