Earlier this year Micromax has launched an supper affordable smartphone, the Micromax Canvas Spark (First Impression), which turns out to be a big success for the company, and now company has launched the second variant of it, the Micromax Canvas Spark 2 and now it will be available at lesser price of Rs, 3,999, the Canvas Spark was launched at Rs. 4999, company has touted it as ‘India ka 3G Phone’, due to its supper affordable price tag.

When it comes to specs then Micromax canvas Spark 2 flaunts an 5-inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels) IPS display screen, under the hood it is powered by quad-core processor (unspecified chipset) clocked at 1.3GHz , company hasnt said anything on RAM, it comes with 4GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card.

On For photography front, the Micromax Canvas Spark 2 features a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and there is also an 2-megapixel front facing selfie camera, it houses an 1,800mAh battery which Micromax claims can deliver up to 324 hours of backup on standby mode.

For connectivity, it supports dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11n and Micro USB, on software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS right out of the box with Micromax custom skin on top, it also comes pre-loaded with 10 regional languages, Firstouch launcher and apps such as Scandid, Kindle, Hotstar, Clean Master, Swiftkey and Snapdeal.
