The battle for cheapest LTE smartphone in India is on its high, couple of weeks ago Lenovo has announced the cheapest smartphone, the Lenovo A2010 which is available at the price tag of Rs. 4990, and now Micromax backed company, Yu has launched its third device, the Yu Yunique which comes almost at the same price, which is Rs. 4999. The specs of this device was already leaked before its launch and everything was known about it before it was officially announced.

Lenovo A2010 VS YU Yunique

If you too looking for an affordable LTE powered device then these two could be your best choice, if you are confused among these two devices then here is a quick comparison among these two which will help you to make your decision.

Display :-

In term of display Yu Yunique seems to be the leader here as it has got 4.7 inch (1280×720) HD display where Lenovo A2010 has 4.5 inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels) display, however you should note that Yunique comes with on screen touch buttons which are going to occupy some of your space, but Lenovo comes with touch capacitive buttons.

Processor And RAM :-

When it comes to under the hood feature then both devices are powered by quad core processor but from different manufacturer’s, Lenovo A2010 has got MediaTek MT6735 quad-core 64-bit processor clocked at 1GHz along with Mali T720 GPU whereas YU Yunique has 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 64-bit quad-core. RAM on both of the devices is the same, which is 1GB.

Camera :-

In this segment, YU Yunique seems to be the leader as it has got 8MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash, whereas Lenovo A2010 has got 5MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash, front camera on both of the devices is same, which is 2MP.

We would like to say, bigger camera not always means better images, we would like to reserve our final verdict on camera till we get review unit.

Storage :-

Both devices comes with 8GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 32GB via Micro SD card.

Connectivity :-

Both Yu Yunique and Lenovo A2010 are LTE powered devices but Lenovo A2010 supports LTE on first SIM only whereas Yu Yunique supports LTE on both SIM slots.

OS :-

Both Yu Yunique and Lenovo A2010 runs on latest version of Android which is Android Lollipop 5.1, but Lenovo A2010 comes with some pre-loaded apps where as Yu Yunique comes with stock Android which many of you might love, like me :).

Battery :-

Battery on both of devices is same, its 2000mAh which should give you life of a day, we will test battery life when we will get our review unit.
