As compared with other fitness tracker, iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker is quite big and seems heavy as told earlier you get two colors clip and strap, you can change dial as per your color need. It has a circular dial, display lit up to give you information, at back it has a tab, if you remove that tab you will find a Micro USB port which can be used to charge it. At left it has a button which you can press to navigate through different modes.

There are two ways to use this device, either from device itself or from App which is available for iOS or Android, but sadly not all features are available on Android. You can pair device with your smartphone, just download and install the app from Store, once installed, app will find device and it can be pared up with it.
App shows your steps, how much distance you had traveled, your calories brunt, if you dont want to use app then you can use device’s button too see different modes and results. Device wont be able to give details about your activities which you had done throughout the day, but app will. You can set up silent alarm using app, yes silent alarm which vibrates to wake you up, for this to work you have to wear it while sleeping, I had personally tested it and found it very effective. App has an feature of reminder, first i thought device will vibrate or something like that but nothing happened like that instead reminder is shown in my device.
iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker can also track your sleeping activities, as this device doesn’t has any heart rate monitor so its purely based on your sleeping moments, it tells how soon you went to sleep, when you wake up, whats your regular and deep sleep. The idea behind this is that you know your sleeping habits. As per manual, iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker is splash and rain proof, but its isnt fully water-proof, you cant wear it while swimming.
