There are two ways to use this device, either from device itself or from App which is available for iOS or Android, but sadly not all features are available on Android. App shows your steps, how much distance you had traveled, your calories brunt, if you dont want to use app then you can use device’s button too see different modes and results. App has an feature of reminder, first i thought device will vibrate or something like that but nothing happened like that instead reminder is shown in my device.

iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker can also track your sleeping activities, as this device doesn’t has any heart rate monitor so its purely based on your sleeping moments, it tells how soon you went to sleep, when you wake up, whats your regular and deep sleep. The idea behind this is that you know your sleeping habits. As per manual, iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker is splash and rain proof, but its isnt fully water-proof, you cant wear it while swimming.
