Along with the announcement of HTC U Ultra, company has announced another smartphone, the HTC Ultra U in India for those who does not require to do much heavy task on their devices. It comes with a smaller display and it also lacks secondary display feature too. Company has priced this device at Rs. 39,990 and it will go on sale next month, in March, company hasn’t provided any particular date as of now.

When it comes to specs, it features a 5.2-inch full HD Super LCD display which is protected by Gorilla Glass on top. Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core processor along with 4GB of RAM and comes with 64GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 2TB via microSD card.

When it comes to photographic front, the HTC U Play features a 16-megapixel rear and front cameras, rear camera supports f/2.0, 28mm, OIS, phase detection autofocus, 1.0 µm pixel size, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, Auto-HDR, and it can shot Full HD videos.

It houses a 2500 mAh battery with fast charging support, for connectivity, it supports dual-SIM support, fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and NFC. When it comes to the software front, it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with HTC Sense UI on top.
