Last month, HTC has announced a new mid-range smartphone, the HTC 620G in an event held in Taiwan. As we are still waiting for the official launch and announcement from HTC here in India but Snapdeal has listed this device with price tag of Rs. 15,900. The availability of this device is not yet known but Snapdeal is mentioning that it will be delivered within 2-4 days when it become available. As an introductory offer you will get 6GB 3G Data free for 6 months ( 1GB / month ), however site failed to tell on which network this offer will be valid upon.
If we talk about specs then the HTC Desire 620G comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display screen with screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels, under the hood it is powered by a MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 1GB of RAM and has 8GB internal storage which can be further further expandable via a microSD card.
As per photography front HTC Desire 620G features an 8-megapixel rear camera along with LED flash and has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera as well for selfies, it houses a 2,100mAh battery and for connectivity options it has dual-SIM, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro USB, as per the software front, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
HTC has also unveiled a LTE variant of this device which is powered by a 1.2GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, however at this time there is no word on launch of this variant in India.
