if you are using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 then you might be aware that Microsoft has improved a lot in UI of Windows Explorer. But in this new UI there is something which many users has complaint.

Back when Microsoft has released Windows Vista and then Windows 7, they had removed Up button from Windows explorer then many users had complaint about this and then Microsoft has put it back in Windows 8, as you know you cant please everyone so this move was not accepted by lots of users too.
